Technical Difficulties

However, it has come to my attention that not everyone has received the notes I sent out at the various galleries.

Welcome back to Girl vs. Scrap!

Just a reminder, this is a 2 part challenge (ONE layout though), so make sure you're paying attention! (drinks & Halloween candy DOWN!)
